  • Q: Where are you located?
    A: Our main office is located in Lewisville, TX in Old Town Lewisville off of Main St. Our address is 424 E Main St Suite 102 Lewisville, TX 75057.

    Q: What are your hours?
    A: We're open seven days a week from 10:00a.m. to 9:00p.m.

    Q: Can I drop off my unit for repair?
    A: Yes you can. Come during business hours and feel free to contact us with any questions.

    Q: Can I ship in my unit for repair?
    A: Yes but you'll need to contact us ahead of time to setup a repair request.

    Q: What forms of payment do you take?
    A: We take cash, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

    Q: Can you perform mods on my console?
    A: We do not perform any kind of modifications to any game consoles. We repair game consoles back to Manufacturer specs.

    Q: Is my console repairable?
    A: Yes your console is repairable until one of our techs deem that it is unrepairable.

    Q: Can you fix ____ on my console?
    A: Yes we can. After we work on your console and it's deemed unrepairable, we'll contact you regarding the situation.

    Q: How long does it take to repair?
    A: It can be the same day or up to a week and a half depending on the scenario.

    Q: Do you offer a warranty?
    A: Yes we do. All work comes with a warranty of 90 days and then it can be extended up to four years at an additional costs.
